The Diner comprices of a large six seater solid Oak Dining Table and six Chairs also childs Highchair availible at the Villa . The Lounge has a very luxurious Corner Sofa which converts into a full size double bed and a good sized Coffee Chest Filled with Games for those quiet nights in , Bookcase and a selection of books availible . There is a TV (with some English channels), DVD and VIDEO in the Lounge to keep both adults and children amused and the room also benefits from full Air Conditioning (optional extra).
Kitchen The Kitchen is open plan , has mosaic splashback tiled walls and well designed fitted wall and floor units of good quallity , it opens straight on to Lounge /Diner , it is Fully Equipped with a good sized Fridge/freezer , Electric cooker , Microwave , Kettle , Toaster , Cutlery and Crockery , Pans , Iron and Ironing Board from the Kitchen window the views are breathtaking up the hills and mountains of Imerolia unobstructed views .
Master Bedroom Good sized master bedroom located on the second floor has fitted wardrobes and a hand made Kingsized wrought iron bed with overhead mosquito nets located under the bed is a travel cot/playpen for use with the villa also mosquito net . Patio doors lead you onto Large balcony with table and chairs and retractible Awning , which then leads you on to four sun loungers and parasol and cool box on the sunning deck with perfect sea and mountain views . Guest Bedroom The guest bedroom is located on the ground floor making it suitable for those with less mobility also easy access to the downstairs Shower Room / WC . Fitted wardrobes two single hand made wrought iron beds and mosquito nets , French doors leads to balconies with great views straight to Albania , sea and surrounding countryside the idea place for your morning Coffee/Tea . This room benefits from portable Fan .
